Winter or Christmas Cute Cards using Creative Stamping Magazine issue 128 stamps

Updated: Jan 16

Today I am finishing using my Christmas stencilled backgrounds that I created a few weeks ago, using some lovely new stamps from Creative Stamping Magazine issue 128 and a Crafter’s Companion Snow word die.

There’s lots of tips and tricks today, and reminders to use some classic card making techniques like masking to ink blend, alcohol marker colouring, using perfect layers rulers to make mats or layers and how to line up a solid die perfectly with a stamped image.

These cards came together quickly and are perfect cute Christmas or Winter Cards.

Look at all the lovely texture in the snow bank - made from leftovers from a tube of texture paste I got in Lidl!

I didn't love my colouring at first, but it grew on me!

The large Snow word stamp and die is an older Crafter's Companion Gemini set called 'Snow' - it is still available in some online craft stores if you search for it on google, and on ebay.
