Ribbon Iris Cards for the 'MAY Colours' YouTube Hop - Crafting Together With All Brands

🌸 Welcome! Today I am sharing, a special video and set of cards for the Crafting Together with All Brands Facebook Group monthly video hop! This month's theme is 'MAY Colours' - anything you like using colours starting with the letters in the month (MAY) and I've got two cards using a fun alternative Iris Folding technique, but without doing any folding - you just need some ribbon scraps! There's a fun bonus Christmas Card at the end using the same technique.

🎨 Search your stash for some pretty ribbons, add a few basic crafting tools and you can have a go at these cards. I've used grosgrain ribbon, some was even saved off packaging, so brilliant for a little recycling, and you can adapt this card making technique to any size or shape aperture you like, for any occasion of card.

In the video I show you how too make your own Iris Pattern for your card aperture, so you don't need to use the exact dies I have, and you can make iris patterns for any straight-sided shape, to match whatever ribbon widths you have.
