Stamping Plate background stamp printing - lets get inky!

Quick apology for anyone who gets email updates on my blog posts - there has been an issue with it not updating the featured photo and using one from an old post, so it looks like I am sending you an old blog. I am hoping this issue will be fixed for the next blog post! The posts and titles are all correct, just the displayed photo that wasn't updated in the cover and emails.

🌸 Today I am sharing how to use the Creative Craft Products (CraftStash) 5"x7" Stamping Plate for your card making, an inexpensive way to stretch your supplies and use them in a new way! You can use the Stamping Plate as a grip mat, like the Altenew or Waffle Flower grip mats, but you can also use it with all your inks, like a gel plate, there's many techniques to make backgrounds really quickly and get amazing effects with mirror stamping and kiss stamping.

🎨 I show you all of my mistakes, and how to fix them too, in this jam-packed technique video that you can use with any background stamp you may have.

👏 Show some love to all the amazing crafters participating in this video hop by visiting their channels and giving them a like, share, or subscribe. It's a fantastic way to support the crafting community and get inspired!

Bonus cards - single layer card using a stencil and the stamping plate as a grip mat. This is a Time for Tea Designs stencil called Spring Mandala and the stamp is You Got This from Crafter's Companion.

Bonus card two (not shown in the video) using the ink left on the stencil- sprayed with a fine mist of water and stamped onto a panel of card to pick it up.
